Dethatching removes the excess thatch

layer of the lawn that is made up of dead

grass and other organic material. A power

rake is used to complete this service and

the thatch is bagged and left on site to be

picked up by your waste service.

Core Aeration promotes heathy root

growth in your lawn while reducing

compaction of the soil. It improves the soil

air exchange and allows water to reach the

roots of the lawn.

Note: Customers must mark their own

sprinkler heads and any shallow buried

cables in the lawn.
